Our Work
01

Retailer A
When a popular quick service restaurant chain faced delays in their budget allocation for upgrading their Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) hardware, RTB stepped in to provide a timely solution. The chain was already using NCR terminals, and despite being over ten years old, RTB was able to supply additional terminals. These units were fully refurbished by RTB, ensuring they functioned efficiently and seamlessly integrated into the existing system. This proactive approach by RTB ensured that the restaurants experienced zero operational impact, maintaining smooth and uninterrupted service.
02
Retailer B
A Tier One grocery retailer faced a challenge when their hand-held terminals reached the end of their support life. With over 8,000 devices, upgrading them was a significant investment, especially with budget allocations already committed to other projects. RTB stepped in and provided additional units, allowing the upgrade to be delayed. When the time came to upgrade, RTB offered a buyback value to offset the cost of the new solution.

03
Retailer C
A leading Tier 1 grocery chain needed to securely destroy hundreds of redundant PCs containing sensitive customer data. RTB coordinated the collection and provided certification to confirm that all drives had been properly wiped. Subsequently, the PCs were recycled in compliance with RoHS and WEEE directives.
04
Retailer D
